Next week is Wesmere's Culture Week! Unfortunately, we won't be able to host our multicultural fair. However, we still want to ensure that our students can showcase their family's heritage within the Wesmere community. Please mark your calendars with reminders for our Culture Week next week. Let's celebrate and embrace the diversity within our community!

We started sending out report cards at 10:00 AM. It may take up to 48 hours to receive them, so if you do not receive them by Sunday evening, please email Miss Tammy at tkoz@psd202.org or call the main office on Monday.
If families are divorced/separated, only the FIRST contact in e-school gets the report card, so it's not going to go to both parents/guardians listed. If you'd like you listed as the second parent/guardian and you'd like a copy sent to you please email Miss Tammy at tkoz@psd202.org or call the main office on Monday.

We want YOU to be a substitute teacher in District 202! To apply, visit https://www.applitrack.com/lc202/onlineapp/jobpostings/view.asp?category=Substitute+teacher

We're excited to offer a Wesmere Dance Club with Ms. Jamie Harris! Permission slips will be coming home with students and are available in the front office.

Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that some parents may not have received Lifetouch communication regarding the recent opportunity to preorder the yearbook. We want to assure you that our administration has already communicated our frustrations to Lifetouch.
In the meantime, we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to order the yearbook. Please find the ordering information in the picture below. Additionally, we have included the direct link to place your order and specific details for Wesmere Elementary.

As we navigate through our E-Learning day, let's celebrate the unique experiences our kids are having at home. Share a picture of your little ones engaged in their E-Learning adventures! Whether it's a creative workspace, a science experiment, or a funny moment, let's create a virtual album of our E-Learning journey.

We want to take a moment to express my appreciation to each one of you for your patience and assistance in making our recent E-Learning Day a success.
Your commitment to your child's education, coupled with the flexibility and understanding you demonstrated during the transition to online learning, has played a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching experience for everyone involved. We understand that adapting to new circumstances can be challenging, and we truly appreciate the collaborative effort between our school and the wonderful Wesmere community.
As we move forward, please know that your feedback is invaluable to us. If there are any insights or suggestions you'd like to share to enhance future virtual learning experiences, we welcome your input.

It is with regret that we inform you that the Wesmere Multicultural Fair, originally scheduled for March 25th, will no longer be taking place. Despite our efforts, we did not receive any families willing to host a booth, and we share in the disappointment of our staff.
While this event won't be happening as planned, we remain committed to creating opportunities for cultural celebration in the future.
