On Wednesday, August 13, our entire school team had the privilege of welcoming Adam Welcome, co-author of Kids Deserve It!, for an inspiring professional learning session. Every member of our staff attended — teachers, paraprofessionals, lunch supervisors, and more — united by one common goal: putting kids first.
Adam brought his trademark energy and enthusiasm, challenging us to think big, take risks, and remember why we do what we do. His message was clear: every child deserves our very best, every single day. Staff left the session motivated, recharged, and ready to create a school year full of meaningful learning and joy for our students.
We are grateful to Adam for sharing his wisdom and passion with us, and we can’t wait to put his ideas into action!
